Throughout our value chain, we have important opportunities to positively influence people's lives. For us, human rights are non-negotiable; we respect and uphold human rights in everything we do and expect the same from others.
As a participant in the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), Fiskars Group is committed to mitigating any human rights related risks. We actively work against corruption and bribery. We have conducted a human rights assessment to better understand the gaps, risks and opportunities to develop a human rights due diligence program. We evaluated our performance against the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
The Fiskars Group Code of Conduct offers a detailed description of our approach to doing business in an ethical way. We regularly train all our people in matters related to human rights, including working conditions, labor rights, anti-corruption and bribery, and safety at work.
We expect the same values and high ethical standards from our suppliers and partners. The Fiskars Group Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards all our suppliers and partners must meet in order to do business with Fiskars Group.
