Codetermination negotiations at the Helsinki ceramics factory concluded

The codetermination negotiations, started on August 28, 2013 at the Fiskars Helsinki ceramics factory, Finland, have been concluded. As a result of the negotiations the Helsinki ceramics factory will focus on flat products – plates and saucers – as well as manufacturing small ceramic series. 

The possible personnel reductions were estimated to affect a maximum of 48 people. As a result of the codetermination negotiations, the total personnel reduction came to 41 people.
