Our target: Inclusion Experience within the top 10% of global high-performing companies*
Currently, the global benchmark score for Inclusion Experience is 80, and our baseline score for office employees is 72. The baseline was measured during our employee engagement survey in May 2023, with our next engagement survey scheduled for October 2023.

Health and safety
Our employees have the right to a safe working environment, every day.
Our target is that we have zero accidents. We encourage everyone to take responsibility for their own safety and that of others. The promotion of health and safety is also an integral part of our management system, and almost all our sites are covered by the ISO 45001 standard. We are working to expand this standard to cover all our manufacturing units and distribution centers.
We expect our management teams to carry out regular health and safety performance reviews to ensure sufficient resourcing and to make continuous health and safety improvements an integral part of our culture.
All employees have the right to stop working at any point if they observe a health and safety risk. We address any safety hazards without delay. We also partner with an external service provider to offer an anonymous and secure channel for any issues, misconduct or unethical behavior that are not sufficiently addressed by line management.
