Fiskars has signed a EUR 100 million revolving credit facility

Fiskars Corporation has today signed a EUR 100 million revolving credit facility with Nordea Bank Finland Plc. The new facility replaces the company’s existing EUR 100 million revolving credit facility signed in December 2007. The new facility has a tenor of five years and serves for general corporate purposes.

Fiskars has a total of EUR 430 million in committed credit facilities with Nordic banks.
