Merger between Fiskars and Agrofin executed

MERGER BETWEEN FISKARS AND AGROFIN EXECUTED                                     

The merger of Fiskars Corporation and Agrofin Oy Ab has been executed and       
registered with the Finnish Trade Register on July 31, 2009. At the same time,  
the shares issued for the payment of the merger consideration, in total         
11,863,964 shares, have been registered with the Trade Register.
