TRADING OF FISKARS' COMBINED SHARES BEGINS                                      

Trading of Fiskars Corporation's combined share series begins today, July 31,   
2009. Each share carries one vote and has equal rights. The new trading code for
the shares as of this day is FIS1V and the ISIN code is FI0009000400.
