Fiskars Group’s employee consultations concluded

On March 30, Fiskars Group announced that it will temporarily close its stores in Finland due to the COVID-19 pandemic and initiate employee consultations. The consultations regarding temporary layoffs affected a total of 740 employees in retail stores, factories and distribution centers in Finland.

The consultations have been concluded. The temporary layoffs affect 740 employees, they will be implemented on a site-by-site basis during 2020. The duration of the temporary layoffs will vary depending on role, with a maximum of 90 calendar days per employee in 2020.
