Fiskars Corporation to start to acquire the company’s own shares

The Board of Directors of Fiskars Corporation has decided to commence acquiring the company’s own shares on the basis of the authorization given by the Annual General Meeting held on March 12, 2025. The maximum number of shares to be acquired is 200,000, corresponding to approximately 0.2% of the total number of shares.

The shares shall be acquired through public trading on the Nasdaq Helsinki exchange at the market price prevailing at the time of purchase. The share buyback shall start on May 22, 2025, at the earliest, and end by the end of Annual General Meeting 2026, at the latest.

The Annual General Meeting held on March 12, 2025, decided to authorize the Board of Directors to decide on the acquisition in total of a maximum of 4,000,000 own shares, in one or several instalments, using the unrestricted shareholders’ equity of the company. The authorization may be used to acquire shares to be used for the development of the capital structure of the company, as consideration in corporate acquisitions or industrial reorganizations and as part of the company’s incentive system and otherwise for further transfer, retention or cancellation.

The total number of shares in Fiskars Corporation is 81,000,000. Fiskars Corporation owns 180,744 own shares.
