Fiskars Corporation’s Annual Report 2024 published 

Fiskars Corporation has today published its Annual Report for the year 2024. The Annual Report 2024 consists of the Report by the Board of Directors including the Sustainability Statement, the Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Report as well as the Assurance Report on the Sustainability Statement, the Corporate Governance Statement as well as the Remuneration Report. 

All of the above statements are attached to this release and are also available on Fiskars Group’s website at https://fiskarsgroup.com/investors/reports-and-presentations/annual-and-interim-reports/. They are available in Finnish and English. 

The Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements are published in Finnish and English. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements, notes and the company's identification data have been labelled with iXBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on the ESEF Financial Statements.
