Fiskars financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2014
Fiskars Corporation Stock Exchange release December 11, 2013 at 9.00 EET
Fiskars Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2014 as follows:
- Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2013 on February 7, 2014
- Interim Report for January – March on May 6, 2014
- Interim Report for January – June on August 1, 2014
- Interim Report for January – September on October 31, 2014
The quarterly financial reports will be published at 8.30 EET by an estimation. The Annual Report for the year 2013 will be published as on online report during week 8.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki, Finland, on March 12, 2014 at 3 pm. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date. A shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit such request in writing by January 10, 2014 to Fiskars Corporation, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 130, 00561 Helsinki, Finland.
Fiskars financial reports will be published in Finnish, Swedish and English, and they are also available on Fiskars’ website www.fiskarsgroup.com immediately after publication.
