Fiskars financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2015

Fiskars Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2015 as follows:
- Financial Statements Bulletin for the year 2014 on February 6, 2015
- Interim Report for January – March on April 30, 2015
- Interim Report for January – June on July 29, 2015
- Interim Report for January – September on October 28, 2015
The quarterly financial reports will be published at 8:30 EET by an estimation. The Annual Report for the year 2014 will be published as on online report during week 8.
The Annual General Meeting will be held in Helsinki, Finland, on March 12, 2015 at 3 pm. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting at a later date. A shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit such request in writing by January 9, 2015 to Fiskars Corporation, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 130, 00561 Helsinki, Finland.
Fiskars financial reports will be published in Finnish, Swedish and English, and they are also available on Fiskars’ website www. fiskarsgroup.com immediately after publication.
