Fiskars financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2023

Fiskars Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2023 as follows:

Financial Statements Bulletin 2022: February 7, 2023
Interim report January–March 2023: April 27, 2023
Half-year financial report January–June 2023: July 20, 2023
Interim report January–September 2023: October 26, 2023

Annual Report 2022

The Annual Report 2022, including Financial Statements and the Report by the Board of Directors, will be published on the Group’s website during week 8.

Annual General Meeting

Fiskars Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on March 15, 2023. Fiskars Corporation’s Board of Directors will summon the meeting separately at a later date.

Fiskars’ financial reports will be published in Finnish, Swedish and English and they are available on Group’s website www.fiskarsgroup.com immediately after publication.
