Notification on a change in holdings, referred to in chapter 2, section 10, of the securities markets act

Fiskars Corporation (corporate ID 0214036-5) has on December 13, 2010 received from Holdix Oy Ab (corporate ID 0758027-1) a notification on a change in holdings, referred to in chapter 2, section 10 of the securities markets act. According to the notification, the Holdix Oy Ab shareholding in Fiskars Corporation has risen above the 10 per cent (1/10) threshold and Holdix Oy Ab now owns 8 229 050 sharesin Fiskars Corporation, which represents 10.03 per cent of the Fiskars Corporation share capital and voting rights.

Fiskars’ share capital consists of 82,023,341 shares, each entitling to one vote.
