Fiskars launches an international web store to expand distribution of its Home products

Fiskars is today expanding the international distribution of its Home products by opening an international web store for the Iittala brand. Thanks to the new English language website, an international audience will now have the opportunity to not only buy products online but also to familiarize themselves with Iittala’s strong traditions. The international web store takes its place alongside Iittala’s Finnish web store, which has been online already five years.

The international web store supports Iittala’s and the entire Fiskars Group’s plans for growth outside the Nordic region and the company’s ambition to become a globally leading consumer goods company in Scandinavian design. This new flexible channel enables consumers to access Iittala’s comprehensive product range regardless of time and location, which supports Iittala’s expanding global sales network.

In the first stage, the international Iittala web store will operate in English and display euro prices across six countries: Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark, and Great Britain. Sales will be rolled out in stages to new European countries and the product range will also be expanded to include other Fiskars Home brands.
