Fiskars’ Annual Report 2022 published

Fiskars Corporation has today published its Annual Report for the year 2022. The Annual Report 2022 consists of the Board of Director’s report, the Financial Statements and the Auditor’s report, the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Statement and the Sustainability report.

All of the above statements are attached to this release and are also available on Fiskars’ website at https://fiskarsgroup.com/investors/reports-and-presentations/annual-and-interim-reports/.

The Board of Director’s report, the Financial Statements and the Auditor’s report, the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Statement are available in Finnish, Swedish and English. The Sustainability report is available in English.

Fiskars’ Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements are published in Finnish and English. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes to the financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Fiskars’ ESEF Financial Statements.
